So! Let's talk about the kickstarter. As both a treat to longtime Blaster fans and newcomers, I want to provide a great set of rewards for everyone. Those are as follows:

$1: Blue Blaster #1-#5 in high quality and slightly retouched .pdf format. Don't want to jump in to the deep end of Blue Blaster just yet? Well this is a good way to get your feet wet and get the best the first half of volume 1 has to offer!

$5: Blue Blaster #1-#10 in high quality and slightly retouched .pdf format. The whole first volume, available for you to enjoy at your leisure on computer or tablet!

$10: Blue Blaster #1-#10 plus concept sketch collection in .pdf format. The first arc, complete with a bunch of sketches, designs, and concepts of the characters and world of Blue Blaster! Many never before seen, making for a great surprise.

I just think it's unnecessary. I think about 99% of all the tumblr-originated gender/identity/orientation labels are.

Well, I think it is necessary, that way people who aren't transgender aren't referred to as "normal". Just like how there's the term heterosexual. I identify as cis and I was relieved to find there was a term for it.
And you say tumblr-oriented but a lot of the terms you have heard have existed for a while, and have only nowbecome more visible

Transgender is fine. Heterosexual is fine.

I don't see a point to cis-whatever when "heterosexual guy" gets the point across just fine.
